Sales and Accounts Manager

If you’re skilled at identifying potential business opportunities, have good communication skills and are great at building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, then you could be the perfect fit for the sales and accounts manager position in our company.

The Role

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and forming long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, to help accelerate 7D Digital's growth rapid as a company. You will be the main point of contact liaising with in-house and client stakeholders, so you'll need good communication, negotiation and literacy skills.

The Candidate

We are looking to hiring someone who is passionate about sales and developing client relationships, with the ability to communicate with others clearly and efficiently. Ideal candidates will be adept at managing their time and be able to work on their own as well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads through data and competitor analysis, to help convert them into new business, growing both our customer base and brand strength.
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs, close new deals and form long-lasting relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clients, communicating via email, phone and face to face.
  • Help estimate work and support team members to achieve deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to implement growth strategies, whether this is in the form of tracking web traffic or creating a marketing campaign.


  • 3+ year's commercial experience
  • An existing background in sales and customer service for a number of years, with the salary adjusting based on experience.
  • A friendly, helpful and confident personality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse data and identify areas of opportunity for growth.
